WebAuthorsGroup – Digital Image Licensing Terms

1. OVERVIEW
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital images (“Images”) created and distributed by WebAuthorsGroup (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Image, you (“Licensee,” “you”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT
The Images provided are AI-assisted or AI-generated digital artworks, which may include human-guided editing, enhancement, and post-processing.
You acknowledge that:
- The Images are licensed, not sold
- No transfer of ownership rights is granted
- Rights may be limited under applicable law, including positions of the U.S. Copyright Office
3. LICENSE TYPES
A. Personal Use License ($10 per image)
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
✔ Use the Image for personal, non-commercial purposes
✔ Display on personal devices, social media, or personal websites
✔ Modify or resize for personal use
You may NOT:
✘ Use the Image for any commercial purpose
✘ Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Image
✘ Use in advertising, branding, or monetized content
B. Commercial Use License ($150 per image)
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
✔ Use the Image in commercial projects
✔ Include in marketing, branding, websites, or products
✔ Modify, adapt, and incorporate into derivative works
You may NOT:
✘ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Image as a standalone file
✘ Offer the Image for download (free or paid)
✘ Use in stock libraries, NFTs, or AI training datasets
✘ Claim ownership of the original Image
4. STRICT PROHIBITIONS (ALL LICENSES)
You agree that you will NOT:
- Claim the Image as your original creation
- Resell or redistribute the Image in its original or substantially similar form
- Use the Image in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
- Use the Image in a way that violates any third-party rights
- Use the Image to train artificial intelligence models or datasets
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI DISCLOSURE
- Images are generated using artificial intelligence tools and may incorporate algorithmic elements.
- To the extent permitted by law, Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Images.
- No guarantee is made that the Images qualify for copyright protection under current law.
- This Agreement is enforceable as a binding license contract, regardless of copyright status.
6. NO EXCLUSIVITY
All licenses are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
WebAuthorsGroup reserves the right to:
- Resell, reuse, or relicense any Image
- Offer the same Image to multiple buyers
7. ATTRIBUTION (OPTIONAL BUT ENCOURAGED)
You are encouraged, but not required, to credit:
“Image licensed from WebAuthorsGroup”
8. ENFORCEMENT & BREACH
Unauthorized use of any Image constitutes:
- Breach of contract
- Potential violation of intellectual property and applicable laws
Licensor reserves the right to:
- Revoke your license immediately
- Pursue damages, legal fees, and injunctive relief
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Images are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
WebAuthorsGroup shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Legal claims arising from your use of the Images
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebAuthorsGroup from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Images.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Image, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this License Agreement.
